Franklin Rountree Obituary

Franklin E. Rountree Jr.
Norfolk - Franklin E. Rountree Jr., 56, of N. Military Highway, passed away in Virginia Beach General Hospital on September 16, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents Franklin E. Rountree Sr. and Katherine Rountree. He leaves to cherish his memory, his former wife, Robin L. Johnson, his daughters, Simone L. Bergan (Barry); Samantha B. Rountree; Samaria M. Rountree; four, grandchildren, Barry, SiMora , Arianna and Richard Bergan. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, September 23, 2013 at Gethsemane Community Fellowship Baptist Church, 1317 E. Brambleton Ave., Norfolk, Pastor Kirk Houston presiding. The family will be receiving friends 3-4 p.m., Sunday at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby Street, Norfolk.
