Fred Cross Obituary
Virginia Beach - On Friday, October 6, 2017, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend was called home to be with the Lord. . Fred Edward Cross, Jr. also affectionately known as "Freddy Boy" was born on December 22, 1940 to the late Beulah and Fred E. Cross, Sr. Fred was predeceased by his parents, a stepson. and his late wife; Juanita C. Cross. Fred is survived by his loving wife Joyce L. Archer-Cross; three children: George (Selena)White, Edward ( Maria) & Mary ; two adopted daughters: Jessica T. & Lynda T. Carter; an additional surviving daughter in law, Tawana Cooke; ten grandchildren and a great grandchild: two sisters in- law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, October 14, 11am, United House of Prayer, 4426 Princess Anne. Rd. Va. Beach. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Friday at Community Funeral Home.
