Fred Teaster Jr.

Fred Dana Teaster Jr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Fred Dana Teaster Jr. went to be with the Lord on Aug. 10, 2011 at the age of 45. Born Jan. 18, 1966 he was the eldest son of Fred D. Teaster and Sandra L. Deemer. He was an accomplished carpenter who took great pride in his workmanship as a homebuilder, working with Caruana Builders for more than 20 years. He is survived by his loving companion of 23 years, the love of his life, Tammy Cullipher and his greatest joy, children, Kenneth and Katelyn Teaster; siblings, Deborah J. Laslo and Michael C. Teaster; and a host of family and friends. A funeral will be held Tuesday, Aug. 16, at 6 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest Trueblood.
