Pompey, a wonderful husband to my Soror Anne and a doting and loving Dad to his girls. Thank you Heavenly Father, for sending Pompey to share his love and influence to your children here on earth. He will live on through eternity.

Ann,

Alice and I pray that God will sustain you through this difficult time. Pompey will always be remembered as a friend of our family. My brothers Alexander and Michael (both deceased) were contemporaries of Herman's and we all fondly recalled our relationship with him and his family. Please know that Alice and I are here for you and your family.

Anne, John & all the family, please accept my deepest condolences. I was telling my wife, just on Tuesday, of a poem Herman made up about himself, when we were kids. Herman was always there for my brother Tony & I when we were growing up in Truxtun. In fact, I will always remember that Herman drove me to the bus station the night I left for induction into the military. Most of my fond memories of chilhood in Truxtun involve Herman & John.
As Ever,
Dave Malbrough
