I worked with Jeffrey for many years and even after he moved on, we were in touch via text. Random funny messages with inside jokes always elicited a laugh and made me happy for the rest of the day. A wonderful legacy to leave. Jeffrey, rest peacefully my friend. You were and will continue to be missed.

Jeffrey was a great friend. He went the extra mile to keep close relationships with so many friends. Oftentimes I would get a snarky text message out of nowhere from him, just to rattle my cage. I have lived in CO Springs for the last 6 years, and had the privilege of hosting Jeffrey a couple of times at my home and exploring the Rockies with him. Jeff always made time to hang out when I visited VA Beach, and always made me laugh. He cared deeply for his friends and family and enjoyed helping others whenever he could. I will miss him very much.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey, although I worked in another branch office. I loved his humor, sarcasm, love of MASH and for some reason love of the state of Iowa. I enjoyed the snaps of nature he took and giving him a hard time about the Admirals. After he moved on to other firms, we still got together when I spent time in VA Beach. Much sympathy to his family and friends.

We had lots of good times Jeff. I remember the hours we spent in your garage building things. It's good to read that you never changed in your love of animals and the outdoors.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Jeffrey (aka Jeffers). He was a kind soul who had passion and love for the construction world. He was extremely diligent with his work and had a high standard for drawings. When I first started working, Jeffrey took a lot of time to help me and the other young engineers to learn CAD and REVIT. He met with us on the weekends and would answer 1000 questions during the week.
Jeffers loved animals, especially when my dog would visit the office. He would constantly send us videos of animals he got on his trail camera. He left SMF in 2018 but recently came back. I am thankful I was able to see him and talk to him before he passed. I am grateful to have known him and learned from him. He will be missed.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jeffrey's passing. I worked closely with Jeffrey for 11 years and I always enjoyed his sarcasm and humor. Jeffrey had a big heart for those close to him. I will miss his friendship.
