Joan Tebo Obituary
Born in Plymouth, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Caleb B. Wilson and Nell Barber Wilson.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 46 years, Chester W. Tebo; Sister, Pamela W. Evans; step-children, Amber, Katherine and Chet; nephew, Trey Williams as well as many extended family and dear friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm, Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Oman Funeral Home, 653 Cedar Rd. Chesapeake, 23322. Friends are invited to share memories and sign the online guestbook at www.omanfh.com.

I am so sorry to hear about Joan's passing. I worked with Joan at both Chesapeake General and CHKD. Joan was a beautiful person inside and out. She was such a kind and caring person and I am blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.
