John Morris Obituary
Western Tidewater - John Richard , "Rick" Morris, 41, formerly of Zuni, Virginia, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
Born in Fort Stewart, Georgia, Rick is the son of Carol D. Meck and John E. Morris. Rick is survived by his mother and step-father, Carol and Dick Meck, Mineral, Virginia, father and step- mother, John and Karen Morris, Baxley, Georgia, brother and sister-in -law, Jamie and Carie Morris, Windsor, Virginia, sister, Kristen Morris , Portsmouth, Virginia, two nephews, Jareth Morris and Hunter Whitney, one niece, Grace Morris, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and many very dear friends.
Family and friends may visit at 3 p.m., Sunday, December 7 to say our final good-byes at Colonial Funeral Home, 1515 S. Church St., Smithfield, Virginia 757- 357- 2979. A celebration of Rick's life will follow at 4 p.m. with Chris Cherry.
