To the family of Jonathan,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I met Jonathan just recently during the 4th of July holiday. He was a friend of my brother Terry who works at Smithfield Station as well. I felt like I knew him well because my family spoke so highly of him. My encounters with him were nothing but pleasant and it was obvious that he was just a really nice guy. My prayers are with you and your family during this time.

Cathy and Chuck: I pray for you to obtain God's comfort. I remember Jon Jon only as a young boy at the rescue squad. I remember him tagging behind his Dad, a little shy at that point. But I see how he grew to have his father's love of life. Living such a full life is a blessing that I pray for my own children to continually grow in. I share in your pain but cannot understand how the parents can handle such a tragedy. i came too close to knowing when God nearly took my daughter nicki. Jon Jon is happy, free, without sorrow or pain. I pray for the comfort of God to rest on chuck and cathy - one day it will get a little better.

Chuck and Cathy and all of Jonathan's Family and Friends,
We were so brokenhearted to get the news that Jonathan was the person in this accident. We are praying for all of you and may God give you comfort of all the great memories and special moments you had with him throughout his life. We will always remember 2 years ago, our families on the cruise together and the smile on his face that came with the fun time he was having on that big ship being with his family and friends. He was raised a good boy and just know that God his creator had different plans for him.
We are here for any of you that need us to do anything. We love you all and just pray that the days ahead will be blessed in some way through all of this until you meet again.

JonJon was like a little brother to me. It's still hard to believe it's true because it has happened so suddenly. His memory will live on, even when the pain of it all has subsided. It gives me comfort to know that Jon's in a better place, all smiles and laughs, because you know he's chillin with Dover, Bob, and Jimi.
