Lucy and family,
Joe hired me into the NAVELEX family in 1981 and was my boss for nearly 15 years. I have fond memories of him and all of you. He was a wonderful man who loved his family. May God Bless!

I'm so sorry for the loss. I knew him as Brian's Dad, and we played in the yard nearly every day growing up. My prayers and best wishes.
