Joey, was my most favorite cousin, he was always there for me. Both me and my uncle Joe Price (Joeseph Lea Price) were devastated. But my grandmother, Donna Lea Hover, as soon as she got the call, she just busted out crying. Everyone is still, devastated, ever since. God Rest Joey's Soul. R.I.P. I would like to add, that, he will always be with us, no matter how hard you try to convice yourself he is not there, tough luck. I am Joey's cousin.

I met Joey at the Virginian Pilot Paper Center, where I would always see him running about with a smile on his face, his Dallas Cowboys jacket on, and that neat little hat with the ear-flaps atop his head. He would always ride on the flatbed carts as if they were scooters, and every time I saw him at this, I would smile. Joey was a magnificent kid, and he always seemed to be in high spirits. It will certainly be different to not see him at the Plant as I always did.
Joey will forever live on in our hearts- I shall not forget the sweet, happy boy I saw nearly every night at the plant. I'm sorry his life had to end so suddenly, and at such an early time in what should have been a long, happy, love-filled life.
Joey, I love you, buddy. I'll miss you forever. <3

Sherry, Les and family I only met Joey once, at your wedding. He gave me a first impression of a really happy, fun loving, kid. I loved when he showed his stuff doing the Dougie! This is so unexpected and sad. I hope you all give each other strength and comfort during this time.....My prayers are with you and the family...

I met Joey and his mom 6 years ago at the Pilot, was transferred to a different center and hadn't seen him in a few years came back to Carmac and saw how much he had grown. It was nice getting to know him again. I'm so sorry Kaian and Jason and family for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine how you must feel right now. If you ever want to chat just let me know.

My heartfelt condolences go out to the Price and Harman family. Joey was a pleasure to coach and I will always have great memories of his smiles and great attitude. His love of life and his family always shined through. I was truly blessed to know Joey and to be able to call him teammate but most of all “friend”.

My prayers and thoughts go out to the Price family. I didn't know Joseph personally but he was a Great friend to my daughter Haley Harmon. She spoke very highly of him. She talked about how he was always there for her when she needed a friend to lean on. Joseph will be truly missed by many.
