We are so sad to hear of Linda's passing. After attending the "Life well Lived" ceremony on Saturday, we understand how much she was loved and will be missed by all. We are honored to know her and "Jimbo" thru their membership in the Tidewater Browns Backers. Our condolences go out to all the family and friends she left behind too young. Much Love <3

My condolences to Jimbo and the family. Linda was an extraordinary woman who had a fantastic sense of humor. She lived life to the fullest and was a great example for others to do the same! I had wonderful time working with her at Virginia Beach Surgery before she retired. Linda was a caring and compassionate nurse who always managed to calm nervous patients before procedures. With the office team, she had endless funny stories to tell and had us all laughing to tears! I am happy I had a chance to get to know her. She will be missed, but she left a lasting impression of a life well-spent. May the happy memories sustain you during this time of grief and to provide you with laughter and love in the future.

We are so sorry to hear about Linda. She was a sweetheart and will be missed!
Linda and I were BBAs (Best Buddies Always) all through our high school years. She sent me this poem and note just before I moved to Texas in '77.

I graduated from DePaul School of Nursing with Linda back in the day! So long ago, but memories of those days that will not be forgotten. If I remember correctly, she pierced my ears when we were Freshmen - a wine cork (not sure where that came from!) and a needle from one of the units in the hospital were used. My ears were frozen with ice cubes and then the procedure began!! I have the same pierced ears that Linda performed on me about 50 years ago. The nuns found out and Linda's ear-piercing days were over! So many fond memories I have of her from our yearly reunions . . she will truly be missed, but never forgotten. Much love to her family.
