Privileged to know both Margaret and Corky. Saddened for the family to lose their Matriarch. I visited a handful of times with Ken, their son, in the seventies, both in Va. Beach and in Ashland, Va. Margaret was all about music, and I wish I had had the foresight to tap that mine of knowledge. I could have learned so much that would have enhanced my enjoyment of listening and playing music. She passed on a nice legacy of love for performing to her two sons, which continues to this day. This is the way she remains with us in spirit. RIP, Margaret.

I will never forget what a sweet person she was, and a very intelligent and gifted musician. Her piano playing was superb. She was kind enough to be my accompanist for my college entrance audition, which I successfully passed. We recorded the Hindemith Sonata for Flute and Piano. She was such a blessing to everyone who knew her. RIP Margaret. You will be missed. Condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Mac McCluer (George back then)
