Nancy Mangum Obituary
Norfolk - Nancy Carol Mangum, Hyattsville, Maryland entered into eternal life on the afternoon of Monday, January 11, 2016, at the age of 85. A celebration of life service will be held at 4 P.M., on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA, 23505. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at a later date.

To Diane, Kathy, Ovis, Rodney (Pokey Pig). We will always remember Ms Nancy as a second Mom. My Mom (Mary James)loved her dearly before she departed this world. It gives me joy to know they are together in heaven and smiling. Love all you guys. GOD Bless she will always be remembered and loved. DeeDee, Buddy, Frances, Angie, Mr James.

First we give God all the glory. Thanking God for the life he gave to Mrs. Mangum. God is the giver of life. To live is Christ Jesus; to die is gain. God has call her to rest now. Rodney and family know that God is with you all during this season of your life. Remember all the good times. I pray God's comfort and peace be upon you. This is celebration time. Rejoice in the Lord and be happy. The joy of the Lord is your strength.
