Patricia Zito Obituary
Virginia Beach - Patricia Fantone Zito passed away on July 29, 2014. Pat was born to Joseph and Dorothy Fantone on July 15, 1933 in Norfolk, VA. Pat worked for the civil service and retired in 1993. She liked to play golf and bowl but she loved to yell bingo. She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles T. "Chuck" Zito. She is survived by son Charles T. "Tom" Zito, Jr. and his wife Joni Zito, daughter Toni Anne Zito, grandchildren Michael Zito and his wife Laura Terry Zito, Morgan Zito, Allyn Zito, Jenna Zito and great-grandson Braden Zito. She is also survived by sisters Nancy Owen and Ida "Bootie" Roberson, sister-in-law Marilyn Fantone, brothers-in-law Tony Zito and Steve Friedman and 38 nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10am Saturday August 2nd at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 712 Little Neck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Family will receive friends immediately following in the social hall.

Like Chuck, Pat was a kind and caring person who always brought a smile on your face whenever she entered the room. I pray for your loss but know she is in in a better place being in the presence of our Lord and once again reunited with Chuck. God Bless.

I am so sorry to hear about Pat's passing. I worked with her for years and she was such a dedicated person and loved her work. She was also such a wonderful person and fun to be around. I know she is happy in heaven as she earned that reward!
