David Morton, Capt. MSC, USN (Ret)
April 16, 2018
Paul was a great shipmate and a mentor to many in the Environmental Health and Medical Service Corps community. A true gentleman as well as a man who was ready at any time to put himself in harms way for his country, should it be required. We traveled many of the same roads but he seemed to always be the one on point showing the rest of us the way. Rest In Peace.
