Soooooo heartbroken to find out today that Phaedra is no longer here on this Earth. I know she´s wearing angel wings and looking down over her children and grandchildren and all the rest of her loved ones.
I´ve known Phaedra since we were in Elementary school. We used to hang out at her house across from the park in Charlestowne frequently. I can hear that laugh right now.
Last year, I posted a video that my son was in the trauma unit at VBGH and I couldn´t get in. Phaedra was the ONLY ONE that immediately responded asking if I needed her to come sit with me. I was so deeply touched for the offer.
My deepest condolences go out to the family. She is DEFINITELY shining down on you now and forever with much love and light

Phaedra is my sister....To use the word "was" is wrong...She will always be my sister....Phaedra was born on "MY" birthday, 6 December 1967., same day, 11 years apart !!..When Mom told me that we SHARED the same day, the first time that came across my mind was....Does she get half of my cake !! Phaedra will be known as a very strong minded, iron willed . tough lady...If she had her opinion on something, that WAS IT ! Phaedra introduced to the world four wonderful children..She showered pure love and great attention on all of them...Each of them are a blessing to everyone around them..Phaedra always strove for the goal of excellence..She went from Biker Bar waitress to a respected medical field assistant . As I said, Phaedra was super strong...She held the homefront while Don, her husband ,served as a Merchant Marine Chief Engineer...He was gone up to 90 days straight...then home for 30...Phaedra did the Mom AND DAD thing for many years...Very strong ...iron willed...My sister will always be with me in my heart...Every future birthday I have will always be hers...Love you, Phaedra...
