To the LaRose Family:
I worked with Phil and I want to share a fond memory of him and his dear son. He brought little Phil with him to work one day and I think little Phil was new to walking and he was walking all around. Phil seemed so proud and contented with his blond haired little boy. I saw it in his eyes, and I can't recall ever seeing him any happier.

I pray your comfort and strength in the Lord Jesus Christ during your time of grief.

I am so very sorry to learn of Phil's passing. I worked with him at VDOT for a few years and just saw him at Walmart not long ago. My condolences to his family for their great loss.
