Raymond Bumgardner Obituary
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter and caregiver, Marguerite Ingle, his son, David Bumgardner (Pam), only grandchild, Nikki (Nick) and two great granddaughters, Leilani and Indika, his special niece, Penny Dover (Scott) and brother in law, James Justice (Judy) and other extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary "Buff" Bumgardner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Bayside Church of Christ in Elizabeth City, NC.

Marguerite,
We are terribly sorry for your profound loss. We loved your daddy for so, so many years. He always had a kind word and a smile for my family. He was one of the most godliest men I've ever known. We absolutely treasured his life in ours. Our broken hearts are with yours. We are saddened we are unable to attend his service. I know it will be as wonderful as he was. We can all aspire to be more like him. We love you, Dear.
