Richard Lee Huntley

Virginia Beach - 62 passed peacefully to the Lord on September 24, 2014. He was a 1970 Graduate of Bayside High School with a Major in Art. He worked as a Pizza Chef at Village Inn at Janaf Shopping Center, then became a Manager at Fine's Men's Shop. He then followed his creative side and became a Carpenter working, building and designing in 500K homes. Rick was known as "Pop's" around the Shipps Corner area, and will be sadly missed. Left to cherish his memory his son & wife, Chainey Lee & Sherry L. Huntley, daughter, Crystal Ann Harden, 3 grand-children, mother, Ms. Dewey Leitner, brother & his wife, S. Ray & Deborah K. Huntley, sister, Ms. Tracey L. Hillian, 4 nephews, 3 nieces, 3 niece-in-laws, 2 nephew-in-law's, 7 grand-nephews and 2 grand-nieces. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and prayers and all the donations made to his GoFundMe Memorial. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Carrow Baptist Church, 5545 Susquehanna Dr., Va. Beach, VA 23462
