He is survived by son, Rigoberto II and his wife, Deanna C. Santos and their children, Jessica and Christopher; brother Rollie and his wife Karen Santos; and two sisters in the Philippines.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm till 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
