i would like to extend my condolences to the family of such a wonderful, funny guy. I loved talking to Bob. He kept me laughing. Bob was a true original. We always talked about how proud he was of his lovely, talented daughter. He loved his family so much and now I'm sure he is still watching over them from God's vantage point. RIP fellow latent examiner, you definitely left the world a much better place. Thank you. VBPD, retired.

Kathy and Emily, What a shock it was to hear this sad news about the passing of my friend and co-worker, Bob, as he was affectionately known to us at CPD. Asking GOD to lift you up and grant you strength during this difficult time. I sure enjoyed the soft-shell crabs that he would get from your Dad. Bob was such a friendly and nice guy and I know he will be sorely missed. May you find comfort in your precious memories and in knowing you will see him again. In heartfelt sympathy, Karen Batten Bauer-Adams

Rest in peace Bob. You were a great friend and fellow fingerprint examiner. Law enforcement lost a great man. It was a pleasure to have known you over the years. Enjoyed our conversations at Harbor Park. My deepest condolences to the family.

It saddens my heart to hear about and now see that you have taken your place to a much better place than here. Thank you for the teaching, biblical talks and "calming me down" at many crime scenes. Your legacy as a fingerprint expert and a Crime Scene Analyst will always remain in our hearts. It was such a pleasure to have you as a part of our Forensic Unit while both of us worked at the Suffolk Police Department..........wow, what great memories. Love you dude and I thank you for all of the teaching even as I was the supervisor. smile emoticon:) You will certainly be missed.
