I am so lucky to have Ron as my best friend. Have so many memories of our friendship. Ron honored me to be best man at his lovely and wonderful wife Bea´s wedding. Yes, we got inebriated the night before!! They even gave their first son my name. We met through our wives who worked together while Ron was stationed at Ft. Knox and for about 3 years and we spent many times together enjoying playing pinochle and dinners and movies and watching sports. After Ron was deployed to Germany we did not see other but for a few times. We kept in touch by phone for about 50 years and remembered our friendship and wonderful times in early 1960s. Ron was a wonderful husband, father, son, patriot and friend to so many. I will miss you Ron and bon voyage to my best friend and and look forward to meet again and resume our friendship.
