Rose Gainus Obituary
Virginia Beach - Rose Sanseverino Gainus, 91, passed away on Friday, January 15th, 2016 in Virginia Beach. Born on April 24th, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. Rose was the daughter of Antonio and Theresa Zunno Sanseverino and wife of the late William H. Gainus. She was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra G. Hill; grandchildren, Paris Hill-Castillo and husband, Michael, Jacob and Chris Gainus; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Rose Castillo and Lucianna Grace Castillo. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael S. Gainus; a sister, Mary Tarnowski and five brothers, Rocky, Joe, Mike, Fabio and Sally Sanseverino.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Star of the Sea Catholic Church on Pacific Avenue in Virginia Beach. Online condolences may be made at www.FamilyChoiceFunerals.com.
