Ross was a Naval Academy Classmate and we were in the same company, so often were in classes together. We were good friends, but saw each other only occasionally thereafter because we were in different specialties. Last saw him at about the time Betty died. I always admired his steadfast Christianity and the effort they put into spreading our faith to others.
