My sincere condolences to Theo´s family. I will never forget the pride Theo took in being the consummate professional as a law enforcement officer and the pride he took in wearing the uniform. Always a pleasure to work with and share his input to make the Sheriff´s Office the best it could be. We also shared a love for high school sports as he talked about impacting the lives of hundreds of young people to direct them to be their very best. God Bless.

I was so sad and shocked to hear this news. I first met Theo when I was a new lawyer and he was the court bailiff in Hampton. We kept in touch over the years and we both ended up in Portsmouth. He was always kind to me. I will miss him. My condolences to the family.
