Tony Wiggins Obituary
Norfolk - Tony "Troy" Wiggins, Sr.,53, departed this life on October 8, 2015 at Sentara Norfolk General. A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 11am,Bethany Baptist Church, Chesapeake, VA. The family will recieve friends on Wednesday, 6-8pm at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Chapel.
