Billie Royer Obituary
PEORIA - Billie Jo Royer, 44, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.
She was born on August 24, 1972, in Peoria to Billie C. and Kathryn (Curtner) Richards. She married Daniel Royer on January 13, 1990, in Peoria.
She is survived by her three children, Ashley Jolliff, Andrea Royer and Dillon West, all of Peoria; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Richards and Tillman Jones, both of Peoria; and one sister, Diane McDonald of Peoria. She has several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Billie Jo was a bartender at various establishments in the Peoria area.
A memorial gathering will be Friday, April 14, 2017, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. A sharing of memories will be at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Further celebration of life moments will continue, following at the Eagles Lodge, 1704 S. East Lane in Peoria. Cremation rites will follow the gathering on Friday.
Memorials may be made to her family to help with expenses.
