Where do I start describing Gene? He was many things to many people. He was a God fearing man who shared his faith with everyone he met; a great story teller (most of them were true!); long-winded when it came to telling those stories; never knew a stranger; honest; civic minded and loved his community; etc. I knew him professionally and personally. I not only lost a client but a good friend who always had a petition to sign and would come to my house. Heaven got a good one this time. See you later, Gene.

To my fellow coffee drinker at B&B Ambulance. You were a pleasure to speak with on our rare slow days. You were like my Grandpa. If you can't say anything nice, say nothing. Always respectful to everyone.
