BAYVIEW GARDENS - Jason L. Johnson, 30, of East Peoria, formerly of Bayview Gardens, passed away at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, 2006, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 1, 1975, in Peoria to Danny and Susan Winkler Johnson.
Surviving are his father, Danny (Debra) Johnson of Creve Coeur; mother, Susan Gerdom of Bayview Gardens; and grandmothers, Lois Gentry of Arizona and Betty Sandy of Peoria.
Jason will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was loved by all.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Drucie Winkler, Elmo Ervin Johnson and Ralph Sandy.
Jason worked as first mate for Arco/Garvey Marina in Lemont, Ill.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.
