I just read about Larry’s passing. What a beautiful testament to someone who lived life to the fullest. Larry was always one of my dad’s, Sam Morelli, favorite people. I’m so sorry for your loss

I was much younger then Larry, but remember him and the guys in St. David, my brothers included,(Myetich/Mikulich). That generation had fantastic athletes. Nothing is better than being remembered as "the best dad and grandpa." That says it all.

Larry and Dave Ford were two of my absolute favorite people though the wives were much nicer to me. A Western Illinois men’s basketball game was never complete unless I got to spend a few moments with the “boys” exchanging pleasantries.
Larry was great fun to be around and his personality and quick wit made time spent with him, time well spent.
Western basketball games will never be the same for me. I will miss both my good friends—very special people in my life.

Larry was so kind to my parents, Pat and Corky, and he did so many to things to help them. I was then and continue to be very appreciative of all of the ways in which he helped them and others. His life was an example of kindness and caring. Thank you Larry. He will be very much missed.

We knew Larry from Tuesday nights at the VFW in Lewistown. We would all sit around the round table in the bar, eat the VFW's well prepared dinner and visit and reminisce about old times and people. It was easy to tell that Larry and Bonnie had a very special relationship. He was always rather quiet but always had some great memory or joke to tell. Rest in peace Larry. John and Terry Fanning

I loved Larry. Playing endless sports at Cuba High with Jennifer, he always had a good joke to tell... and a coaching tip or two. It didn't matter how many years passed when I would visit home...he always had a wink and a smile or something funny to say. My dad (Alan Coleman) always had good things to say about Larry...many funny stories. I can bet he was the best Grandpa to Jake. Larry will be missed and his legend will live on. Sending light and love to Bonnie and Jennifer. Love, Georg
