Shellie Wilson Obituary

BARTONVILLE - Shellie A. "Wikky" Wnek Wilson, 32, of Bartonville died at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria after a long battle with diabetes.

She was born April 18, 1979, in Chicago, Ill., to Kathie Putman.

One daughter, Ronnie Wheeler of Canton; one brother, Carl Himpelman of Chicago; her fiance, Michael Grzanich of Bartonville; and several nieces and nephews survive Wikky.

Her mother, Kathie, and her stepfather and two sisters, Kimberly Putman and Nikki Himpleman, preceded her in death.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Canton VFW Post, with a graveside service at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A luncheon will be held immediately following at the VFW.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an education fund for her daughter c/o CEFCU.
