Wilma Simpson had a large positive impact on my life. She was my chorus teacher my junior and senior years at Greenville High School. She allowed me to accompany the chorus (on the piano) for those two years, and I'm still accompanying on the piano and organ.
Miss Scherer always dressed elegantly for the chorus concerts, and a few friends of mine and I tried to keep up with where Miss Scherer and Mr. Simpson were meeting.
Both Wilma and Robert attended our GHS 50th anniversary reunion. It was good to talk with them and catch up on their lives.
