Jacob was a loving son, brother and uncle who cherished time with family.
Jacob Alex Henson, 34, of Warren, Indiana, died peacefully surrounded by family, from a long-term illness on Feb. 7, 2024.
Jacob was born in Fort Benning, Georgia in 1989 to Phillip N. and Terresa L. Henson, who loved and cherished him. He enjoyed playing video games, shooting guns, building things, and just spending time with his brothers, Phillip and Andrew. Jacob's nieces and nephew; Annabell, Amelia, Ainslie, and Andrew, meant the world to him and he spent every moment he could with them. Jacob graduated from high school with Honors.
Everyone who knew Jacob knew how much he loved giving to and doing for the people he loved.
Jacob will always be remembered for his tenacity and strength of spirit and the way he always said exactly what was on his mind. We will always imagine hearing him say "I'm going to McDonald's, do you want anything?" one more time. We couldn't have asked for a better soul and will miss Jacob every day. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
Jacob is survived by Phillip N. Henson (father), Terresa L. Henson (mother), Phillip J. Henson (brother), Andrew Z. Henson (brother), Nicole F. Henson (sister-in-law), three nieces, a nephew, his grandparents, and aunts and uncles.
