Geraldine Gronski Obituary

Geraldine A. Gronski, 87, of Cresco, died Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono in East Stroudsburg. She was the loving wife of Joseph F. Gronski, with whom she shared 48 years of marriage.
Born in Nanticoke, she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Anna (Marcinko) Ulatowska.
Geraldine was of the Catholic faith and attended Most Holy Trinity Parish, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild and was an Ecumenical Minister.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, William Lewis and his wife, BethAnn of Sparks Nevada; daughters: Sharon Byrne of Bridgewater, New Jersey; Linda Colonna and her husband, Charles of Clarksburg, New Jersey; Michele Rutter and her husband, Donald of Sunset Beach, North Carolina; and sister, Suzie Berzanski of Darien, Illinois. In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Lynn Hyland.
There will be a viewing from 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 14 at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. Reverend Father Gregory Loughney will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 15 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 5112 Pocono Crest Road, Pocono Pines. There will be a viewing from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church. Interment will follow at St. Catherine's Cemetery in Moscow.
