Lori Forvour Obituary

Lori Ann Forvour, 37, of Kunkletown, died Thursday, April 29, at home.

Born in Riverside, N.J., on April 8, 1967, she was the daughter of Robert M. Forvour of Jonas and the late Lorraine D. (Peluso) Forvour who died in 1996.

For the past 10 years, she was the owner and operator of Salon Inigo in Gilbert. She had also worked for Holiday Hair Fashions in Mount Laurel, N.J.

She attended Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Lehighton. She was active in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her fiancé, Tom Dougherty of Jonas; one sister, Kim Forvour of Savannah, Ga.; and two brothers, Robert K. Forvour of Cocoa Beach, Fla., and Sam Forvour of Gilbert.

A memorial Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Lehighton. The Rev. Father James Bechtel will serve as celebrant. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the West End Relay for Life, P.O. Box 44, Saylorsburg, PA 18353; or VNA Hospice of Monroe County, 502 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
