Robert Richard Altemose, age 57 of Polk Township, Kunkletown passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the Lehigh Valley Pocono Hospice House in East Stroudsburg.
Robert was born in Easton on October 3, 1963, son of Richard R. Altemose Sr. and Doris (Werkheiser) Altemose of Saylorsburg.
He had worked as a carpenter in home construction for many years.
Robert loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the Indian Mt. Rod and Gun Club in in Kresgeville and the Kunkletown Rod and Gun Club in Kunkletown.
He owned a 1971 Chevelle and taking it to car shows.
We have been blessed with the presence of Robert in our lives. He will be deeply missed by his parents: Richard & Doris of Saylorsburg and his brother: Richard R. Altemose Jr. and his wife Johanna of Van Etten, NY, two nephews: Ben & Tyler Altemose, and one niece: Amelia Altemose. He will also be missed by his faithful dog Timber.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Interment is private and at the convenience of the family.
