Thomas Henry Obituary
Born June 7, 1943, in Stroudsburg, a son of the late Raymond and Jennifer (Deiter) Henry. Thomas was employed at Ackermanville Dip & Strip for 22 years, and prior to that had worked at Dally's Slate Quarry and Stroudsburg Bedding. He was of the Lutheran faith.
In addition to his wife, Donna, he is survived by six sons, Dean Henry and Jody Henry, both of Saylorsburg, Matthew Henry and Thomas Henry Jr., both of Nazareth, Joseph Henry and Shane Henry, both of Bangor; one daughter, Tami Henry of Saylorsburg; a brother, Vincent "Moon" Henry of East Stroudsburg; two sisters, Mary Frailey of Amarillo, Texas, and Vaneto VanHorn of East Stroudsburg; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A son, Samuel; a brother, Graydon "Cy" Henry; and two sisters, Ann Young and Pat Palmer, all died earlier.
Memorial Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 11, in the Fiore Funeral Home, 230 Market St., Bangor, with the Rev. Nevin Kershner officiating. Calling will be held from 11 a.m. on Saturday, until the time of services. Burial will be in the North Bangor Cemetery, North Bangor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be offered in Thomas' name to the Washington Township Fire Company, 920 Washington Blvd., Bangor, PA 18013.
