Thomas Liddy Obituary

Thomas H. Liddy Jr., 42, went to rest peacefully on May 13th, 2021, in Saylorsburg, PA, due to complications of Diabetes.
TJ was born in Philadelphia, PA to Suzanne and Thomas H. Liddy Sr. on June 2nd, 1978. He graduated from Nazareth Area High School and soon after began his 23 year long career with Georgia Pacific. In that time he also married his soulmate, Tara Liddy, on August 18, 2001 In Nazareth, PA. They were married nearly 20 years. They welcomed two children, Noah and Jessica in 2009 and 2011. TJ also welcomed a third child, Brody, in 2019 with Kristina. As well as being a father, he was a devoted brother and uncle to Shawn and Brandan Liddy whom he adored.
TJ held a deep passion for the Philadelphia Eagles. A SUPER FAN is what you would have called him! In the off season he enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was time at the range, wakeboarding, long drives, or spontaneous trips just for a Philly cheesesteak and a new hat.
TJ is survived by so many family, friends, and loved ones who will continue to keep his memory alive and look after his children in his absence.
A viewing and celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, May 23 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. A brief service will follow at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his children and sent to 11 White Rose Lane, Easton, PA 18045 or to 2320 Woodhaven Dr., Saylorsburg, PA 18353, or donations to the American Cancer Society, 2158 N. Main Ave., Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

Tj I can't believe u have been gone 3yrs already , forever 42 it's not fair , you had many more yrs to live I miss u my friend my son has 2 of your eagles hats and wears them proudly in your honor. Love u buddy. Until we meet again.

Tom you were a great friend I will cherish all the memories i have of you ,I miss you so much already. You always looked out for me. I still remember at my birthday party when they were playing the limbo song and the bar was pretty low and you said you could make it under the bar without touching and we were all watching and you took a running start and you got on the floor and rolled under it . I never laughed so hard. Rest easy my friend.
