Sorry about Tom's passing. I knew him thru his wife Sara (via Partners for Livable Places). Both are missed. Condolences to his family.

I will never forget the night that Tom called me to say that Sara was going to the hospital to give birth and he needed me to stay with his kids in his absence. When I arrived to his house from across the street, he was carrying her in his arms out of the house and to the car. I was so impressed with his strength and compassion for her and of course, later on that night she gave birth to Sally. It was a great privilege for me to share such a special moment in his and Sara's life with the birth of their last child. After that night, I always admired Tom as a caring husband and father. I really wanted to attend the outside mass for Tom at All Hallows but unfortunately, I was unable to get there at 8 am. I send my condolences to the entire Finn family for your loss. I plan to give a donation in loving memory of him to Madeline's Sophie's Center.
