Annette R. McGregor, age 53, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at NMMC in Tupelo. She was born August 28, 1970 to Charles Delaine and Peggie Wayne Snider McGregor. Annette was a librarian at the Dixie Regional Library for 32 years, serving most of the time in Pontotoc. She was a 1988 graduate of South Pontotoc High School. Annette was a member of Old Union Baptist Church, in Lafayette County and attended and was pianist for Toccopola Baptist Church for many years. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and helping people at the library.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Turnpike Baptist Church with Rev. Pete Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the Turnpike Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is honored to assist the McGregor family with the arrangements.

Survivors include her sister, Jane Mahan (Russell); two brothers, Michael Delaine McGregor (Elizabeth Carol) and Charles Kevin McGregor; six nieces and nephews, Heather Vogel, Courtney Mills, Kevin McGregor, Hoyt Tutor, Connor McGregor and Laine Mahan; and four great-nieces and nephews, Kellen Vogel, Kinley Vogel, Keegan Vogel and Ella Mills.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Dalton Baker, Danny Bynum, Jason Montgomery, David Montgomery, Jamie Mahan and Tim Self.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 PM Saturday at the funeral home and on Sunday from 1 to 2 PM at Turnpike Baptist Church.
