Evelyn Mullins

1932 - 2023

RIGRISH ADDITION-Evelyn C. Mullins, 91, went to be with Jesus on Thursday, May 11, 2023, from King's Daughters Hospital in Ashland, KY. Born on April 2, 1932 in Sandy Hook, KY, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Ivory Adkins Lewis and was a very proud homemaker.

Evelyn was instrumental in the establishment and building Sacred Mission Church in Wheelersburg and attended White Gravel Baptist Church in Minford. She doted on her grandchildren, was a major cut-up and when able, enjoyed going to church and singing.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, Charles "Moon" Mullins; a son, Charles Steven Mullins; four brothers, Edward, Delmane, Bob and Dale Lewis; two sisters, Juanita Sizemore and Nioka Stienke and a grandson, Brian Mullins.

Surviving are a son, Harold (Patricia) Mullins of Oak Hill; two daughters, Donna(Bill) Hamm of Greenup, KY and Debbie (Bob) Morrison of Wheelersburg; a sister, Della (Kenneth) Potter of Newton Falls; eleven grandchildren, Stevie (Tracy) Mullins, Stephanie (Jared) Syroney, Christian Sager, Johnathan Thacker, Jonathan (Victoria) Mullins, Jeremy (JoAnn) Mullins, William "B.G." (Amanda) Hamm, Amy (Greg) Gifford, Aaron (Toni) Tindall Morrison and Seth Morrison and fifteen great-grandchildren, Austin, Emma and Bradon Syroney, Trinity, Deven, twins Skyler and Skylee, and Jade Mullins and their mother, Tiana Mullins, Colton Mills, Bronson Masters, Eli Hamm, and Hayden and Haylie Gifford.

A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park.

The family will receive guests at Brant's from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
