Janet Case Obituary

JANET CASE

WESTCHESTER-Janet L. Case, 76, of Westchester, Ohio died, Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Cedar Village Retirement Community in Mason, OH. Janet was born on Nov. 20, 1937 in Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Raymond and Irminda Boggs Gibbs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter R. Case, whom she married on March 31, 1954 in Hawaii and one brother, Kenneth W. Gibbs. Janet was the President of the Pressure Cleaning Inc. in Fairfield, Oh.

Janet is survived by one daughter, Terri (Jeff) Brinker of Westchester; a brother, Raymond (Catherine) Gibbs, Jr of South Shore, KY; three sisters, Dolores Timberlake of Portsmouth, Lawana (Charles) Mullins of Portsmouth and Emma Jane Wallen of Hamilton, OH; two granddaughters, Amber Brinker and Whitney (Adam) Brandhorst both of Westchester and two great granddaughters.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014 at the Adkins-Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with Pastor Tom Charles officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. The family will receive friends at Adkins-Brant from 6 until 8 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.adkinsbrantfuneralhome.com In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
