JOSEPH MITCHELL LACY
WHEELERSBURG —Joseph "Joe" Mitchell Lacy, 53, of Wheelersburg, died Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
He was born April 10, 1964 in Dayton, to the late Mitchell Lacy and Janet Sue Quillen Lacy.
Joe was a driver for Waste Management; and was a member of Teamster's Local #957 in Dayton.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Robinson Lacy, whom he married on October 10, 2009 in Covington, Kentucky; one son, Michael Lacy of Dayton; one daughter, Brandi Lacy of Miamisburg, four grandchildren; two step-sons, Brandon Marcum of Wheelersburg and Andy Marcum of Portsmouth; two uncles; and he was also preceded in death by his other uncles.
Joe was a loving husband and father, and always liked to laugh and joke. He had a huge love of his tools with which he liked to work with, especially with his cars.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2018 at F.C. Daehler Mortuary Company in Portsmouth with Pastor John Huffman officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Sunday at Daehlers.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for his funeral expenses at F.C. Daehler Mortuary Company, PO Box 949, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.
