Cecil"s wit and contagious smile will be greatly missed. He is someone who had such great energy and made you feel good around him. He is a wonderful person and has left us all with his smile. Please know that we prayed for Cecil on the day he passed and again in church Sunday. You will be sadly missed Neighbor and friend!! Peace be with you and your family.

I first met Cecil when i was just a little boy growing up in Portage....My Dad use to always like when Cecil would come by our house, always with a smile and a heart as big as the moon...he would always make me feel bigger than what I was....my heartfelt Condolences to his wife and family....
