EVANGELIST CHARLENE JONES McQUAY Oct. 20, 1954 - Jan. 15, 2005 Graduate of Roosevelt High School, June 6, 1973, received her Associates Degree from Medical Assistance of Commonwealth BC. Preceded in death by father, Rev. Ruben S. Jones; mother, Janice V. Jones Rhenwrick; brothers, Sidney T. Jones Sr. and Robert A. Ellis. Survivors; stepmother, Ardie M. Jones; stepfather, Eugene Rhenwrick; husband, Bobby J. McQuay Sr. ; daughter, Rubenana (Lawrence) Sinclair III; 2 sons, Bobby J. (Christina) McQuay Jr. and Desmon S. McQuay; 2 grandsons, Keith D. McQuay and Bobby J. McQuay III; 3 granddaughters, Venus A. Sinclair, Lauren K. Sinclair and Driana N. McQuay; 6 brothers, Robert Eddie, Joe Eddie, Allen (Mary) Jones, Ruben (Bredon) Jones, Roosevelt (Mary) Eddie and Paul R. Jones; 11 sisters, Annie P. (Wilbur) Headen, Ruby Mae Sims, Lillie (Ronnie) Hall, Darlene Nelson, Anna (Willie) Harris, Terry Moreaux, Veronica (Darrie) Phelps, Refolia Eddie, Rachael (Perry) Smith, Cederia (Curtis) Stewart, and Quanica (Gerrod) McClendon; special friends, Pamela J. Samuels, Douglas (LaSonya) Scott, Beadie Turner, Ophelia Garmon and David Garmon; and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2005, at 2:00 P.M. at Zion Temple, 1525 Jefferson St., Gary. with Bishop Donsero Reynolds officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Friday, January 21, 2005, from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Homegoing service from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Smith, Bizzell, Warner & Son, "Your Golden Rule Funeral Home", 4209 Grant St., Gary.
