My sincerest condolences to the family of Clara Garbus McGuire.
Clara was one of my "girls" when I taught at Tolleston High School, in Gary IN. She, as well as her sisters, were formidable as athletes. If Title 9 been in effect then..Clara surely would have received many offers of College Women's Athletic Scholarships. Memory Eternal!
