DENISE KAY ALLISON
Denise Kay Allison, age 54, of Crown Point, IN, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Lowell Health Care Center in Lowell, IN. She is survived by her mother, Marcile Allison; brother, David (Cathy) Allison of Woodstock, IL; sister, Diane Comerford of Crown Point; nephews, David (Michelle) Allison of Woodstock, IL, Timothy (Jennifer) Callander of Crown Point; niece, Erin (Ken) Dierks of Woodstock, IL; great-nieces and nephews, Kaitie, Lacey, Brandon, Jarrett and David Allison, Bryant and Kailey Callander; aunt, Catherine McNew of Shelbyville; and dear friends, Gerard and Linda Abraham. She is preceded in death by her father, Harry C. Allison. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (NOTE: NEW LOCATION-2 blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E. 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN. Interment at Crown Point Historical Maplewood Cemetery in Crown Point, IN. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Denise was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Crown Point. She loved bowling and was an avid Cubs fan. Memorials may be given to LCAR or the 1st United Methodist Church in Crown Point. Dear Marcile, David and Diane.....Denise was a GREAT GIFT FROM GOD!!! She was ALSO very lucky to have you, your love and support her entire life!! Aunt Marcile, you and Uncle Harry were Niecies ROLL MODELS and THE BEST PARENTS EVER!!! David and Diane, you were THE BEST SIBLINGS EVER AS WELL!! I KNOW that she thought SO MUCH of her Nieces and Nephews (Great too)!! I have LOTS of fond memories of Niecie.....and I WILL MISS HER!! I KNOW she is with her dad in Heaven, and will be holding his hand and watching over you ALL!!
