Pastor Rick Vanderwal
November 20, 2021
Dear family: we are sorry to hear of Doris' death. I'm the pastor of Bethel Church in DeMotte and she often attended worship, came to a bible study, or joined our potluck meals in the past. She was friendly, quite ecumenical, as she often told me that though she belonged to the Catholic Church, Jesus was Savior no matter what church one belonged to. God bless you all with peace and comfort during this time!

We are so sorry to hear of Doris´s passing. We went to St. Cecilia Church and Doris and I went to Curves in DeMotte for exercise and often times we would go out to breakfast afterwards. She will be missed by all who knew her.
