Everett will be truly missed, every time I hear someone say "hello family" I will think of him. His love and concern he showed to myself and my sons when me and one of my sons were in early recovery meant a lot to us. He was a kind soul and I believe he is with God. My condolences to his family may you feel the Lord's arms wrapped around you all during this time of sorrow. Love in Christ.

Dear Family: My sincere condolences to all of you. As children we lived next door to one another for many years. As we went through high school I can remember how we danced and had fun. We always had a good laugh. Years of good memories. Our parents were very good friends. Lived next to one another for over 35 years I believe. Good man so sorry for your loss. Dear J, It's sad to hear of Butch passed away. He was a dynamo kinda guy. A real leader and sober member of the Gary Young Peoples group. To the family of Everett Nixon - I am so sorry to hear of Everett's passing. I use to work with him at Sears many, many years ago. He had such a charming personality; but I remember him most of all as being very humorous. During our sales meetings, he was such a powerful & inspiring force. I learned much from him during those days. May God grant you strength and comfort you in the days ahead.

Hey, Ev... it's "the Sectetary". I love you with all my heart. I will miss you and your humor forever. You have been a constant support of strength to Ron and our family for decades. How can we ever replace that! You have been a boss, a friend and most importantly, family to us. May you find peace and eternal happiness.

I loved Uncle Butch. I will forever remember being young and him bringing all the kids' Christmas gifts to our grandma's house on Christmas Eve wrapped in newspaper. I'll also remember his great sense of humor, how he always told my mom he sent her flowers for her birthday even though he never did. I enjoyed playing golf with him as an adult, and going occasionally for Friday evening fish fries. A big thank you to Aunt Jay for her dedication in these past few years when he was sick. It had to be very hard on you but you persevered. Much love to my Aunt Chris and also to my cousins Lisa, Sherri, Doug, Nikki and Megan.
