I just received a text about Frank’s passing and I’m so sorry that Jim nor I can make the visitation.
Frankie was my oldest friend, grew up across from him on Union St. Jim and I both have fond memories and will dearly miss him.
Our hearts are heavy and Frank and his family will be in our prayers.
Rest peacefully Frankie❤

I would like to express my deepest sympathies to Laura and the family. Frank was a wonderful neighbor. I will miss his smiling face at the fence as we would share our conversations. I especially remember how happy he was to marry his love, Laura. He will surely be missed by many. On behalf of the entire Necco family we send our deepest condolences to you. Praying for you all during this most difficult time. God Bless.

Frank was a wonderful person and a great friend, he would give you the shirt off of his back and if you ever needed help with anything he was the one to call. Frank always made you feel like he was part of his family, is so glad that he married Laura whenever he would talk about her he would light up. You fought a good fight to the end. May you be following all of the race car teams and be jet skiing in the beautiful waters. You will be greatly missed! Love you

He was the life of the party. Always made everyone feel at home. Really miss him and his humor. Always told him after he met Laura that he was the only one that ever won at the BlueChip.

I met Frank last year at his brother John's fraternity reunion. His struggle with cancer did not impact his loyalty to his family. I am sorry I will not get to know Frank better. Condolences to the family.
